The following list encompasses all non-linear Hetalia webcomics posted to Kitayume, Bamboo Thicket, and the Bamboo Thicket prototype blog, with the exception of certain stories posted as a part of larger site events. All dates generated below are listed using JST (Japan Standard Time), though some comics were likely posted when Himaruya was studying overseas in New York City (EST).

The Story about the Early Days of China and Japan (ちっちゃい中国と日本の話, Chitchai Chūgoku to Nihon no hanashi^?): Posted on July 24, 2006 - [Read: (ブログのような竹林prototype / Hetarchive mirror) | (Hetarchive mirror)]; China encounters a young Japan and raises him. Japan eventually turns on China and attacks him with a katana. In the present day, a depressed China reflects on how his younger brother has changed. This comic was later adapted in Episode 16 of the anime series.

Italy Practice Comic Bonus (おまけのイタリアと訓練漫画, Omake no Itaria to kunren manga^?): Posted on August 7, 2006 - [Read: (ブログのような竹林prototype / Hetarchive mirror) | (Hetarchive mirror)]; Germany makes observations on Italy's daily habits. This comic was later adapted in Episode 60 of the anime series.

Big Brother France and That Kid (フランス兄ちゃんとあのこ, Furenzu nīchan to Ako^?): Posted on August 9, 2006 - [Read: (ブログのような竹林prototype / Hetarchive mirror) | (Hetarchive mirror)]; A series of illustrations depicting France's relationship with Jeanne d'Arc. When this comic was re-uploaded to the Bamboo Thicket prototype blog in 2018, it was collected with "A Lot of Big Brother France" under the title "A Lot of France" (フランスがたくさん, Furansu ga takusan^?).

A Lot of Big Brother France (多量のフランス兄ちゃん, Taryō no Furansu nīchan^?): Posted on August 11, 2006 - [Read: (ブログのような竹林prototype / Hetarchive mirror) | (Hetarchive mirror)]; A series of illustrations depicting France, as well as his interactions with Chibitalia, Holy Roman Empire, and Spain. When this comic was re-uploaded to the Bamboo Thicket prototype blog in 2018, it was collected with "Big Brother France and That Kid" under the title "A Lot of France" (フランスがたくさん, Furansu ga takusan^?).

Japan VS Italy (日本君VSイタリア, Nihon-kun VS Itaria^?): Posted on August 18, 2006 - [Read: (ブログのような竹林prototype / Hetarchive mirror) | (Hetarchive mirror)]; Italy hugs and kisses Japan, who demands that Italy take responsibility for his actions. This comic was later adapted in Episode 12 of the anime series. When it was re-uploaded to the Bamboo Thicket prototype blog in 2018, it was collected with "Germany VS Italy" and "France VS Italy" under the title "VS Italy" (VSイタリア, VS Itaria^?).

Germany VS Italy (ドイツVSイタリア, Doitsu VS Itaria^?): Posted on August 20, 2006 - [Read: (ブログのような竹林prototype / Hetarchive mirror) | (Hetarchive mirror)]; Italy wants Germany to hug him, but Germany is 8cm taller than him. This comic was later adapted in Episode 11 of the anime series. When it was re-uploaded to the Bamboo Thicket prototype blog in 2018, it was collected with "Japan VS Italy" and "France VS Italy" under the title "VS Italy" (VSイタリア, VS Itaria^?).

France VS Italy (フランスVSイタリア, Furansu VS Itaria^?): Posted on August 21, 2006 - [Read: (ブログのような竹林prototype / Hetarchive mirror) | (Hetarchive mirror)]; Italy asks France for his paintings back and France retaliates. In a bonus illustration, Italy is used as a human shield by France and the Holy Roman Empire. This comic was later adapted in Episode 56 of the anime series. When it was re-uploaded to the Bamboo Thicket prototype blog in 2018, it was collected with "Japan VS Italy" and "Germany VS Italy" under the title "VS Italy" (VSイタリア, VS Itaria^?).

Boticelli's Erotic Paintings (ボッティチェリのエロ画, Botticheri no ero-ga^?): Posted on August 26, 2006 - [Read: (Hetarchive mirror) | (Hetarchive mirror)] - Deleted Comic; Spain is depressed due to the fact that erotic paintings are being burned, though France shows him a way they can cheer up. Meanwhile, France takes America to a naked butler cafe where England works as a waiter. The main portion of this comic was removed from Kitayume sometime in 2008, presumably due to sensitive content.

Reduce Your Opponent's Willpower, American-style! (アメリカ流に相手のヤル気をそいでみる, Amerika-ryū ni aishō no yaru o sono de miru^?): Posted on August 27, 2006 - [Read: (ブログのような竹林prototype / Hetarchive mirror) | (Hetarchive mirror)]; America attempts to reduce the willpower of Japan and Russia, but his plans backfire. In a bonus illustration, America and Italy wonder where they can read "The Atmosphere", having misunderstood the phrase. This comic was later adapted in Episode 41 of the anime series.

America and England (アメリカとイギリス, Amerika to Igirisu^?): Posted on August 28, 2006 - [Read: (ブログのような竹林prototype / Hetarchive mirror) | (Hetarchive mirror)]; After enduring taunts from France, England visits a young America and cooks for him. As he leaves, America becomes upset and England promises to visit again soon. Later, England returns to discover that America has grown bigger than him. This comic was later adapted in Episode 25 and Episode 47 of the anime series. It was also redrawn as part of "England, Dreaming About the Past" from Hetalia: Axis Powers Volume 3.

General Winter (冬将軍, Fuyushōgun^?): Posted on September 8, 2006 - [Read: (ブログのような竹林prototype / Hetarchive mirror) | (Hetarchive mirror)]; An illustration showcasing General Winter with a young Russia, followed by a pair of comics. In the first, France and England quarrel over each others' delinquencies, much to the amusement of America and Russia and the annoyance of China. In the second, France must wear a different uniform after his "flashy" one makes him a target for V-2 Rockets. This comic was later adapted in Episode 58 of the anime series.

A Japan and an Italy that Sleep Well Grow Strong? (寝るイタリアと日本は育つ？, Neru Itaria to Nihon wa sodatsu?^?): Posted on September 10, 2006 - [Read: (ブログのような竹林prototype / Hetarchive mirror) | (Hetarchive mirror)]; A series of sketches showcasing a sleeping Italy and Japan and drafts of character illustrations and a comic featuring Italy and Romano. When this comic was re-uploaded to the Bamboo Thicket prototype blog in 2019, it was collected with "England Caught a Cold" under the title "Doodle Summary 1" (らくがきまとめ１, Rakugaki matome 1^?).

England Caught a Cold (イギリスが風邪を引きました, Igirisu ga kaze o hikimashita^?): Posted on September 11, 2006 - [Read: (ブログのような竹林prototype / Hetarchive mirror) | (Hetarchive mirror)]; WWII has caused England to lose vast amounts of money and, as a result, he catches a cold. America attempts to cure it, despite having no experience with sickness. This comic was later adapted in Episode 57 and Episode 58 of the anime series. When it was re-uploaded to the Bamboo Thicket prototype blog in 2019, it was collected with "A Japan and an Italy that Sleep Well Grow Strong?" under the title "Doodle Summary 1" (らくがきまとめ１, Rakugaki matome 1^?).

Big Brother France and the Information Manipulation Activities! (フランス兄ちゃんと情報そうさ, Furansu nīchan to jōhō sōsa^?): Posted on September 17, 2006 - [Read: (ブログのような竹林prototype / Hetarchive mirror) | (Hetarchive mirror)]; France and England attempt to spread rumors about Italy and Germany with mixed results. This comic was later adapted in Episode 41 of the anime series. When it was re-uploaded to the Bamboo Thicket prototype blog in 2019, it was collected with "Fantasy England" and "Italy's Big Brother" under the title "Doodle Summary 2" (らくがきまとめ２, Rakugaki matome 2^?).

Fantasy England (ファンタジーイギリス, Fantajī igirisu^?): Posted on September 19, 2006 - [Read: (ブログのような竹林prototype / Hetarchive mirror) | (Hetarchive mirror)]; France stumbles upon England's strange collection of friends: fairies, unicorns, and ghosts. When this comic was re-uploaded to the Bamboo Thicket prototype blog in 2019, it was collected with "Big Brother France and the Information Manipulation Activities!" and "Italy's Big Brother" under the title "Doodle Summary 2" (らくがきまとめ２, Rakugaki matome 2^?).

Italy's Big Brother (イタリアの兄ちゃん, Itaria no nīchan^?): Posted on September 21, 2006 - [Read: (ブログのような竹林prototype / Hetarchive mirror) | (Hetarchive mirror)]; Romano, angry at Germany for being around his younger brother and "corrupting" him, attempts to get revenge on Germany. In an unrelated strip, China is made to serve England and France after losing the Opium Wars. This comic was later adapted in Episode 53 and Episode 58 of the anime series. When it was re-uploaded to the Bamboo Thicket prototype blog in 2019, it was collected with "Big Brother France and the Information Manipulation Activities!" and "Fantasy England" under the title "Doodle Summary 2" (らくがきまとめ２, Rakugaki matome 2^?).

Italy and Japan (イタリアと日本君, Itaria to Nihon kimi^?): Posted on September 24, 2006 - [Read: (Hetarchive mirror) | (Hetarchive mirror)]; In a supplemental strip to Hetalia Chapter 1, Italy and Japan get to know each other. This comic was later partially adapted in Episode 15 of the anime series.

Italy and Germany's Dirty Jokes (イタリアとドイツと下ネタ, Itaria to Doitsu to shitaneta^?): Posted on September 29, 2006 - [Read: (ブログのような竹林prototype / Hetarchive mirror) | (Hetarchive mirror)]; Italy walks in on a naked Germany and is confused as to why their penises are different. In a footnote, it is revealed that Italy is the second highest-ranked country in cases of phimosis, while Japan takes first place.

Chibitalia and Holy Roman Empire (ちびたりあと神聖ローマ帝国, Chibitaria to shinsei rōma teikoku^?): Posted on October 5, 2006 - [Read: (ブログのような竹林prototype / Hetarchive mirror) | (Hetarchive mirror)]; Holy Roman Empire dreams of the day he and Italy will become one unified empire. This comic was later adapted in Episode 39 and Episode 40 of the anime series.

Holy Roman Empire is No More (神聖ローマはもういないんだ, Shinsei rōma wa mō inai nda^?): Posted on October 8, 2006 - [Read: (Hetarchive mirror) | (Hetarchive mirror)] - Deleted Comic; An injured France tells Italy that the Holy Roman Empire is no more, and that he should forget about him. Only one partial draft page of this comic was posted before the story was abandoned and removed from Kitayume.

Gakuen Hetalia (学園ヘタリア, Gakuen Hetaria^?, lit. "Hetalia Academy" or "Hetalia School"): Posted on October 10, 2006 - [Read: (Hetarchive mirror) | (Hetarchive mirror)] - Deleted Comic; An introduction to an alternate continuity featuring Hetalia characters as high school students. The page hosting this comic remained publicly listed with the original text intact, but all images were deleted.

Germany and the Drug Store (薬屋とドイツ, Kusuriya to Doitsu^?): Posted on October 11, 2006 - [Read: (ブログのような竹林prototype / Hetarchive mirror) | (Hetarchive mirror)]; Germany makes a trip to the drug store to search for medicine after the Italian soldiers get stomachaches from gorging themselves on gelato. When this comic was re-uploaded to the Bamboo Thicket prototype blog in 2019, it was collected with "For Some Reason, They Sleep Naked", "in Vienna", and "in France" under the title "An Italy Assortment" (イタリア詰め合わせ, Itaria tsumeawase^?).

For Some Reason, They Sleep Naked (なぜか寝るとき裸, Naze ka neru toki hadaka^?): Posted on October 12, 2006 - [Read: (ブログのような竹林prototype / Hetarchive mirror) | (Hetarchive mirror)]; The Italy brothers wind up with their hairs entangled after an argument, and Italy calls to Germany to pull the two (naked) men apart. This comic was later adapted in the audio track "It's Us Brothers!" from Hetalia: Axis Powers Character CD Vol. 1 - Italy, and Episode 23 of the anime series. England's Plan to be the Strongest (イギリス最強計画, Igirisu saikyō keikaku^?): Posted on October 14, 2006 - [Read: (ブログのような竹林prototype / Hetarchive mirror) | (Hetarchive mirror)]; China observes England exercising in order to become stronger. However, America shows up dragging England's car behind him and asks to borrow it, causing England to lose motivation. This comic was later adapted in Episode 59 of the anime series.

This comic was later adapted in Episode 48 of the anime series. America cracks it on England's head. England invents a new brewing method for beer. France knocks a glass of beer against England's head. This comic was later adapted in Episode 20 of the anime series.

Little Ita's Dream (イタちゃんの夢　まえのぶぶん, Ita-chan no yume ma e Nobu bun^?): Posted on October 29, 2006 - [Read: (Hetarchive mirror) | (Hetarchive mirror)]; In a supplement to the Chibitalia story, Holy Roman Empire and Chibitalia sleep together on a thunderstorm-filled night. In his dream, Chibitalia meets a strange young man (Japan).

Halloween Comic (ハロウィーン漫画, Harouīn Manga^?): Posted on October 31, 2006 - [Read: (ブログのような竹林prototype / Hetarchive mirror) | (Hetarchive mirror)]; A Halloween special, featuring various characters in their Halloween costumes and celebrating: Poland and Lithuania are ambushed by Russia (who they had attempted to scare), England and Sealand find that nobody wants to come to their houses for candy, France winds up late to the party after being arrested for lewd behavior, and Italy and Hungary share the candy they received. This comic was later adapted in Extra Episode 2 of the anime series.

Babies (乳幼児, Nyūyōji^?): Posted on November 1, 2006 - [Read: (Hetarchive mirror) | (Hetarchive mirror)]; A pair of illustrations depicting Chibitalia. This comic was later adapted in Episode 52 of the anime series.

The Austrian Anschluss (オーストリア併合, Ōsutoria heigō^?): Posted on November 3, 2006 - [Read: (ブログのような竹林prototype / Hetarchive mirror) | (Hetarchive mirror)]; Austria is annexed by Germany, though he doesn't seem to mind. Later, France learns of the annexation and decides to get a picture of Austria to celebrate. This comic was later adapted in Episode 75 and Episode 77 of the anime series.

China Melancholy (中国メランコリー, Chūgoku merankorī^?): Posted on November 4, 2006 - [Read: (ブログのような竹林prototype / Hetarchive mirror) | (Hetarchive mirror)]; China reflects on how the other Allies and Germany mistreat him, all the while being followed by a strange panda. This comic was later adapted in Extra Episode 3 of the anime series. When it was re-uploaded to the Bamboo Thicket prototype blog in 2019, it was collected with "Chinese-style Mini Revolution and Let's Assist the French Economy!".

Let's Go Take a Look at Estonia (エストニアに会いに行こう, Esutonia ni ai ni ikou^?): Posted on November 5, 2006 - [Read: (ブログのような竹林prototype / Hetarchive mirror) | (Hetarchive mirror)]; A strip featuring Estonia, who discusses tourism and sightseeing in his country. A wild sheep attempts to eat Latvia.

African War Front ~ Wish on a Star (アフリカ戦線～星に願掛け, Afurika sensen ~ Hoshi ni gankake^?): Posted on November 6, 2006 - [Read: (ブログのような竹林prototype / Hetarchive mirror) | (Hetarchive mirror)]; Germany and Italy see a shooting star and both make wishes on it, though only one comes true. This comic was later redrawn as "Wishing Upon a Star" from Hetalia: Axis Powers Volume 2. It was also adapted in Episode 23 of the anime series.

Chinese-style Mini Revolution and Let's Assist the French Economy! (中華ミニ反乱・フランス経済, Chūka mini hanran Furansu keizai^?): Posted on November 10, 2006 - [Read: (ブログのような竹林prototype / Hetarchive mirror) | (Hetarchive mirror)]; China gets fed up with the other Allies using him. France, in an attempt to make money, decides to sell Italy. The first comic was later adapted in Episode 80 of the anime series. When it was re-uploaded to the Bamboo Thicket prototype blog in 2019, it was collected with "China Melancholy".

Big Brother France and the Frying Pan (フランス兄とフライパン, Furansu ani to furaipan^?): Posted on November 14, 2006^[α] - [Read: (ブログのような竹林prototype / Hetarchive mirror) | (Hetarchive mirror)]; Hungary hears a message from God telling her to hit France with a frying pan. This comic was later adapted in Episode 59 of the anime series.

Supersize You! (スーパーサイズユー！, Sūpāsaizuyū!^?): Posted on November 15, 2006 - [Read: (ブログのような竹林prototype / Hetarchive mirror) | (Hetarchive mirror)]; After gaining weight due to his fast food-eating habits, America tries to get different types of diet advice from France, China, and Japan. This comic was later adapted in the audio track "Supersize You!" from Hetalia Drama CD: Volume 1, and Episode 17 of the anime series.

Traits of Japanese People that Americans Have Noticed (アメリカ人君がみた日本人の特徴, Amerika hito-kun ga mita nihonjin no tokuchō^?): Posted on November 16, 2006 - [Read: (ブログのような竹林prototype / Hetarchive mirror) | (Hetarchive mirror)]; Himaruya asks his American friends what they consider to be traits of Japanese people. In a series of illustrations, America notices these unusual habits in Japan.

Chapter 5 Bonus (５話のおまけ, 5-Wa no omake^?): Posted on November 17, 2006 - [Read: (ブログのような竹林prototype / Hetarchive mirror) | (Hetarchive mirror)]; In a bonus strip to Hetare 5: Lietuvis!!, Italy reminiscences about being enemies with Germany during World War I.

Cat Festival (にゃんこ祭り, Nyanko matsuri^?): Posted on November 19, 2006 - [Read: (ブログのような竹林prototype / Hetarchive mirror) | (Hetarchive mirror)]; Austria, Hungary, Chibitalia, and Holy Roman Empire prepare for the Belgian "Cat Festival", a festival to honor the dead cats that were burned during witch trials. This comic was later adapted in the episode "My Awesome Diary Part 2" and Episode 54 of the anime series. It was also redrawn as part of "Cat Festival" from Hetalia: Axis Powers Volume 4.

The Story of Italy's Big Brother (イタリアの兄ちゃんの話, Itaria no nīchan no hanashi^?): Posted on November 22, 2006 - [Read: (ブログのような竹林prototype / Hetarchive mirror) | (Hetarchive mirror)]; The Italy brothers are captured and held hostage by England, after a training mission doesn't go the way Romano planned it. This comic was later adapted in the audio track "It's Us Brothers!" from Hetalia: Axis Powers Character CD Vol. 1 - Italy, as well as Episode 63 and Episode 77 of the anime series.

Boss Spain's Control of Southern Italy (スペイン親分の南イタリア支配, Supein oyabun no minamiitaria shihai^?): Posted on November 26, 2006 - [Read: (ブログのような竹林prototype / Hetarchive mirror) | (Hetarchive mirror)]; The story of younger Romano, when he was under the care of Spain. This comic was later adapted in Episode 60 and Episode 61 of the anime series. It was also redrawn and rewritten as part of "Big Boss Spain and Chibi Romano" from Hetalia: Axis Powers Volume 3.

Black Ships Have Come~ (黒船キタヨー, Kurofune kitayō^?): Posted on November 30, 2006 - [Read: (ブログのような竹林prototype / Hetarchive mirror) | (Hetarchive mirror)]; America travels to Japan in his mission to become friends with whales. Japan and his Feudal Domains, who are in a period of self-imposed isolation, find it difficult dealing with his appearance. This comic was later adapted in Episode 98 and Episode 99 of the anime series.

Something Written as the Immediate Effect (そっこうで書いた何か, Sokkō de kaita nanika^?): Posted on December 2, 2006 - [Read: (ブログのような竹林prototype / Hetarchive mirror) | (Hetarchive mirror)]; Austria gives a distraught Italy the day off after Holy Roman Empire leaves. This comic was later adapted in Episode 47 of the anime series. When it was re-uploaded to the Bamboo Thicket prototype blog in 2019, it was collected with "Truly Just a Scribble Comic".

Truly Just a Scribble Comic (本当にただの落書き漫画, Hontōni tada no rakugaki manga^?): Posted on December 4, 2006 - [Read: (ブログのような竹林prototype / Hetarchive mirror) | (Hetarchive mirror)]; Italy encounters Chibitalia and ends up lying about how strong he'll grow up to be. Russia offers to help Latvia's uncontrollable shaking, but only makes the situation worse. This comic was later partially adapted in Episode 58 and Episode 62 of the anime series. When it was re-uploaded to the Bamboo Thicket prototype blog in 2019, it was collected with "Something Written as the Immediate Effect".

Before the Boxer Rebellion (義和団事件前, Giwadanjiken mae^?): Posted on December 7, 2006 - [Read: (ブログのような竹林prototype / Hetarchive mirror) | (Hetarchive mirror)]; After China loses a war to Japan, the other Allies argue over which one of them should own China.

America and Christmas (アメリカとクリスマス, Amerika to Kurisumasu^?): Posted on December 11, 2006 - [Read: (ブログのような竹林prototype / Hetarchive mirror) | (Hetarchive mirror)]; America dresses up as Santa Claus and visits Japan to invite him to his Christmas Party. Japan, however, is wary to accept even as America attempts to convince him to go. This comic was later adapted in Episode 71 and Episode 72 of the anime series.

Checkmating Poland (ポーランドにチェックメイト, Pōrando ni chekkumeito^?): Posted on December 12, 2006 - [Read: (Hetarchive mirror) | (Hetarchive mirror)]; Poland and Lithuania play a game of chess that quickly goes awry. This comic was later adapted in Episode 97 of the anime series.

Digesting Requests, Little by Little (ぼちぼちとリクエスト消化, Bochibochi to rikuesuto shōka^?): Posted on December 14, 2006 - [Read: (Hetarchive mirror) | (Hetarchive mirror)]; A strip requested by a fan who asked that Himaruya draw something in the style of bara, a genre of fiction aimed at gay males that features sexual relationships between masculine men. Himaruya instead drew a strip in the style of bara (roses), making a pun on the term. Austria notices that Italy has put on his tie in a crooked fashion. The two share an awkward "romantic" moment, complete with roses in the background, as Austria fixes it. Meanwhile, France and Spain realize that several frying pans have gone missing. A following illustration showed the evolution of Italy's hair curl.

Some Jokes About China (なんか中国の小ネタ集, Nanka Chūgoku no ko neta-shū^?): Posted on December 15, 2006 - [Read: (ブログのような竹林prototype / Hetarchive mirror) | (Hetarchive mirror)]; A series of comics featuring China's tendency to copy merchandise from Japan and the use of Nomura's jellyfish in dishes. This comic was later adapted in Episode 63 of the anime series.

Axis Powers Jokes (久々の枢軸国ネタ, Hisabisa no sūjiku-koku neta^?): Posted on December 17-19, 2006 - [Read: (ブログのような竹林prototype / Hetarchive mirror) | (Hetarchive mirror)]; Italy is unable to come up with a poster idea, but with the help of Japan creates several "Italy Loves Germany" posters. Romano attempts to convince his younger brother that Germany hates him, causing him to run away in a naked quest to learn the truth. However, after Austria interprets Italy's affections as "vulgar", Germany begins to grow concerned. The next day, Italy gives Germany flowers, which the latter interprets as a love confession. Extremely anxious, Germany accepts and immediately goes to buy dating advice books. This comic was later adapted in the episode "Buon San Valentino - First Part" of the anime series.

In Just Two Minutes, You Can Grasp the Exterior of the European Economy (２分でなんとなくうわべだけはつかめるようなヨーロッパ経済, 2-Bu de nantonaku uwabe dake wa tsukameru yōna yōroppa keizai^?): Posted on December 13, 2007 - [Read: (ブログのような竹林prototype / Hetarchive mirror) | (Hetarchive mirror)]; Spain falls incredibly ill due to the state of his economy, causing Romano to go on a quest to cure him, only to come back and find that Spain has already recovered (due to adopting the euro as his currency). After recovering, Spain spends time helping Austria make special flowers, while France envies the stability of Switzerland's land and people (due to his rich banks). It is shown that France has trouble with his own businesses due to the fact that his people have regularly-scheduled strikes. A map of nations' economy then shows how various characters are affected by their own economies. This comic was later partially adapted in Episode 62 of the anime series. It was also partially redrawn as part of "I Am Switzerland" from Hetalia: Axis Powers Volume 3.

Valentino - Final Chapter (ヴァレンティーノ最終章, Varentīno sai shūshō^?): Posted on January 19 - February 4, 2008 - [Read: (ブログのような竹林prototype / Hetarchive mirror) | (Hetarchive mirror)]; In the follow-up to "Valentino - Aftermath", Germany reflects on his relationship with Italy as he heads to their date, and is furious to discover Italy flirting with girls upon arriving. Italy, not knowing it's a date, is very confused by Germany's behavior. Meanwhile, Hungary finds the dating advice book Germany was using and tells Austria how ridiculous it is, and Prussia spies on Austria and Hungary buying a book on how to comfort a German man whose been rejected romantically. On the date itself, Germany becomes very overwhelmed, and seemingly unlocks a forgotten memory. This comic was later partially adapted in the episode "Buon San Valentino - Second Part" of the anime series.

The Creation of Dambolis (ダンボリスの作り方まとめ, Danborisu no tsukurikata matome^?): Posted on January 24-25, 2008 - [Read: (ブログのような竹林prototype / Hetarchive mirror) | (Hetarchive mirror)]; A four-part illustration set in which Sweden writes "England" on a carboard box and places it over Sealand. Axis Bento (Axis Bento^?), included on the index page, shows each of the Axis receiving a custom-made bento box suited to their different food tastes. This comic was later reprinted as part of "Hello World! Hello Italy!" from Hetalia: Axis Powers Volume 2. It was also adapted in Episode 34 of the anime series.
A German Learning Italian (イタリア語を習うドイツ人, Itaria-go o narau doitsunin^?), included on the "4 Days Remaining" page, shows Germany visiting Italy's home and trying to interact with the locals. This comic was later reprinted as part of "Hello World! Hello Italy!" from Hetalia: Axis Powers Volume 2. It was also adapted in Episode 34 of the anime series.
Techniques to Improve Someone Through Praise (褒めて育てる技術, Homete sodateru gijutsu^?), included on the "2 Days Remaining" page, shows Japan reading a book on praising techniques and lending it to Germany, who then tries out some of the tips on Austria.
Italy's House Is the Best (イタリアの家は最高だ, Itaria no ie wa saikōda^?), included on the "2 Days Remaining" page, shows Romano arguing with Italy for letting Germany stay at their house. Germany, not understanding Italian, watches and thinks about how nice it is there, only to revert to his normal self upon returning home.
Together with Grandpa Rome (ローマじいちゃんと, Rōma jīchan to^?), included on the "1 Day Remaining" page, shows the spirit of Ancient Rome visiting Italy and Germany one night. This comic was expanded into the the stand-alone webcomic of the same name, and was later adapted in Episode 32 of the anime series.

Together with Grandpa Rome (ローマじいちゃんと, Rōma jīchan to^?): Posted on March 27 - April 8, 2008 - [Read: (ブログのような竹林prototype / Hetarchive mirror) | (Hetarchive mirror)]; The spirit of Ancient Rome, Italy's grandfather, comes to earth to visit his grandson and ends up spending time with an annoyed Germany. This comic was later partially reprinted with minor alterations as "Together with Grandpa Rome" from Hetalia: Axis Powers Volume 2. It was also adapted in Episode 32 of the anime series.

Liechtenstein's Doting Older Brother Journal (リヒテンシュタインの兄バカ日誌, Rihitenshutain no ani baka nisshi^?): Posted on April 21 - September 28, 2008 - [Read: (ブログのような竹林prototype / Hetarchive mirror) | (Hetarchive mirror)]; Liechtenstein cuts her hair to emulate the style of Switzerland, to whom she feels grateful for taking her in. As they go out to run errands (and buy a ribbon for Liechtenstein's hair), they run into Austria. During an awkward lunch, unresolved issues between Switzerland and Austria bubble to the surface, exaserbated by the appearance of Prussia. Later, Prussia reads through some of his old diaries from when he was younger and known as the Teutonic Knights. The first part of this comic was later partially redrawn with a reconcieved second half as "Liechtenstein's Doting Brother Diaries" from Hetalia: Axis Powers Volume 2. It was also adapted in the audio track "Liechtenstein's Journal of Swiss Dopiness" from Hetalia Drama CD: Volume 2, and Episode 23, Episode 24, and Episode 25 of the anime series. The second part of this comic was later partially reprinted as "My Awesome Memorial", "My Awesome Diary", and "My Awesome Diary Part 2" from Hetalia: Axis Powers Volume 3. It was also adapted in Episode 53 and the episode "My Awesome Diary Part 2" of the anime series.

Merry Halloween! Unfortunately for Iceland, the rest of the Nordics want him to start calling Norway "onii-chan", just like when they were younger; Iceland feels that he's outgrown such behavior. This comic was later reprinted as "Northern European Small Talk" from Hetalia: Axis Powers Volume 3. It was also adapted in Extra Episode 1 of the anime series.

However, the Japanese fighter jets prove more formidable, and America becomes concerned about the fleet of jets he'd already given to Finland. This comic was made available in draft form on Bamboo Thicket, with Himaruya stating that it would be removed once the finished version was made available on Kitayume. However, the comic was removed without a final version materializing.

America is set on bringing him one, but learns that it is native to the UK. England offers to bring some back, while America infrequently visits Davie. However, while America barely ages, Davie enters adulthood and begins a family of his own. By the time America acquires the flowers, Davie has died and his funeral is processing. America, believing Davie's grandson is Davie, is confused when the flowers are placed in the casket. This comic was later adapted in the episode "Davie" of the anime series.

He is unhappy to find that his old house no longer exists, with only a bench where the entrance once stood. Rome is remorseful of what has been lost and what he never took the time to do. Germania suggests there is nothing to regret, as Roman culture still fascinates people, his legacy lives on in his grandsons, and Rome has been freed of war.
