Omake Book 3 (おまけ本３ Omake hon 3), also known as Various Miscellanies Extra Book 3 (色々雑多なおまけ本3 Iroiro zattana omake hon 3), is a booklet released during Comiket 89 alongside distribution of Scary Story That Happened at a Countryside High School, containing content tied to both series.[1] Portions of the book's contents have subsequently been published on Shimaoka Kenkoh Land's Twitter.[2]
