Charlene "Char" Ingram is the former Brand Manager and Community Liaison for the English dub of Hetalia: Axis Powers. An active cosplayer, she hosted the video series "World Buffet" on YouTube which released information on the voice actors and various other aspects of the English dub. She later hosted a Q&A session with the English Hetalia Voice Actors at Otakon, which was later viewable online.
Her mentions of the Hetalia community online, specifically on the social network LiveJournal, have made her the subject of several memes in Hetalia fandom. On her blog, she announced that February 1, 2013 was her last day at FUNimation and was leaving her position for a job at an entertainment company in California.[1] As of May 2014 she works for Viz Media and is the brand manager for Sailor Moon.[2]
