Cassandra Hodges was the voice actor who originally voiced Seychelles in the English dub of Hetalia. She was succeeded in the role by Caitlin Glass.
She passed away on June 27th, 2011 at the age of 28. A memorial fund was set up to help her family and friends cover the cost of her memorial service.
