The second anthology for Hetalia: Axis Powers that was released in Japan by the publisher Gentosha. The cover was illustrated by Hidekaz Himaruya. This book collects illustrations and manga from other Japanese artists, making it a sort of official doujinshi, although the content within should not be considered canon additions to Himaruya's work. Each contribution features a small bio about the artist. The beginning of the book features 6 color illustrations, and 3 monochrome illustrations, while the rest of the book is manga.
