Plot Summary
The episode begins with the narrator explaining that the younger Russia was very different from the present day Russia, and that he was bullied quite a bit from Mongolians and Prussia. Prussia jumps out from behind a tree, announcing to Russia that his ruler's days are numbered. Having been bullied by everyone, Russia thinks that it would be great if he could be friends with Lithuania, which startled Lithuania from their behind.
Meet Russia and Friends
The episode again opens with Prussia and the Golden Horde chasing after Russia. Prussia yells at Russia to stop running away, but Russia refuses to stop; saying that he won't stop because they're mean to him. As they're running forward, Denmark jumps down from a tree in front of them. He tells Russia that he won't let him go any further, and then yells at Sweden to "go." Sweden jumps down from the tree and runs after Russia. Russia expressed disbelief that both of them are after him. He says that he can't take it any more and calls General Winter for help. General Winter flies down from the sky and the narrator explains that General Winter is a fearsome general who swallowed up many powerful armies that had invaded Russia in the past. But that, although General Winter was able to bring down Napoleon's army, as well the German Army, he wasn't effective against Sweden, Denmark, the Golden Horde or the Teutonic Knights because they had all grown up in cold places. Russia tells them that he doesn't care anymore, and they can do what they want.
An Older Sister's Magic Words
Russia runs up to Ukraine who is gathering wood. As Russia is now injured, she asks him if he is okay. He asks Ukraine why people won't listen to him. Ukraine explains that, at times like this, there is a spell he could use. She further explains that she often uses it, and that it's a spell for conveying your feelings to others. She then tells him to show them his boobs. He expresses disbelief, but she just gets excited and tells him again to show them his boobs. He tells her that her information isn't helpful, so she doesn't have to say it twice. He runs away, leaving Ukraine confused and the narrator explains that at Ukraine's place the news will often involve boobs. Belarus is seen molding two snow molds indicating boobs.
Mochi Russia
Mochi Russia snuggles into his scarf as two Russian flags pop out of his sides.
A Wild Friend
Now alone in the forest, Russia expresses his want of a friend. As he's sitting on the ground, a small hamster comes up to him. Russia asks him if he too is also alone. Russia holds out his hands and tells the hamster to go to him. The hamster looks at him happily and Russia tells him to be friends with him. The hamster scratches at his out stretched hand. It them shows a depressed Russia sitting by him self as Ukraine explains to Prussia that he seems to be in shock after being rejected by a hamster.
Friendship
Mochi Russia comes up to Mochi Italy. Mochi Italy is extremely nervous as Mochi Russia snuggles up to him and begins licking him.
When the Quiet One Gets Angry
The Teutonic Knights come up to Russia's Army. Prussia tells Russia to pledge his loyalty to him. Russia yells Prussia that he should consider his situation before picking a fight. The narrator explains that on April 5th, 1242, on the frozen Lake Peipus, the Novgored Republic and Teutonic Knights faced off against each other. Russia tells Prussia that they're also on ice, but Prussia says that he doesn't care. Prussia orders his army to charge and they all run closer to Russia. Russia again tells them to stop it but they don't listen. The ice breaks under their feet and they fall through as Russia yells that he told them so. Russia grabs the back of Prussia's tunic and pulls him out of the water. Prussia says that "that was close" as an out of breath Russia turns around and smiles at him. Russia starts to strangle Prussia and says that the Teutonic Knights always get carried away, and that they should think more before acting. He also says that it was bound to happen on ice and asks him if he is a bad child, since he didn't know this, and that he tried to stop them. Prussia apologizes as Russia is still strangling him.
Journal Entries Dated XX/XX
Russia writes in his journal that he fought the Teutonic Knight's large army. He says that they fought very hard today, and won.
Meanwhile, Prussia is also writing in his journal. He writes that he went to Russia to do some reconnoitering and his small army lost because Russia's army used dirty tricks.
Russia continues to write in his journal, saying that he hopes that next time the Teutonic Knights come that he hopes they'll be friends instead of enemies. He then smiles as he closes his journal.
Prussia writes that they don't need Russia, as it's cold there. And that things are fine the way they are now. He then exclaims how amazing he is.

- Russia's hat was alternatively stand by, while being chased by his bullies from the beginning.
- When Russia is being faced by Denmark and Sweden, he knows them by name.
- Two additional scenes were added:
- Prussia announcing to Russia that his ruler's days are numbered, which latter shocked to Russia.
- Belarus was seen molding two snow molds indicating boobs, after Russia got upset and runs away, because of Ukraine's unhelpful advice.
- Russia and Prussia wrote their diaries by books instead of writing down in the piece of paper from the manga.
