Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and "That" Dog (ベルギーとルクセンブルクとオランダと"あの"犬 Berugī to Rukusenburuku to Oranda to "ano" inu) is the first extra episode of Hetalia: World☆Stars, listed as the thirteenth. It is also the fifteenth extra episode overall in the anime series Hetalia. It was released on Blu-ray in Japan on July 28, 2021, and streamed internationally on Funimation the same day. It adapts "Chapter 116" from Hetalia: World☆Stars Volume 4, as well as Luxembourg and Belgium and Tulip Fever from the original webcomic.
