A template for creating top icons.

Usage

| imagename    = Place file name here.
| wikilink     = Place a link to a page here.
| description  = Place text that will appear when a user hovers over the image here.
| id           = Sub-name here.
| class        = A custom name.
| icon_nr      = The number of the icon if there are more than one on a single page.
| extra_offset = To make the image adapt if it doesn't meet the requirements for a top icon.
| style        = Use a different style.
| width        = Use a different width.
