Replaced Images

FC2 replaces files with the same file name without notification that there's already a file with that name, so some images have been replaced by later uploads. Listing the entries with replaced images in case we might be able to find the originals or something.

• 2009⁄01⁄31 The Canada image was replaced, it looks like he was supposed to be pictured with Kumajiro according to the translation.
