Urara Takano

Urara Takano (高乃 麗, Takano Urara, born Hisako Takayama (高山 ひさ子, Takayama Hisako) August 16, 1961 in Togane, Chiba) is a seiyū affiliated with Remax, though she originally worked for Ken Production. She voices Belarus in the anime adaptation of Axis Powers Hetalia.
