Yasuhiro Takato (高戸靖広 Takato Yasuhiro, born January 23, 1968 in Okayama Prefecture) is a seiyū affiliated with Aoni Production. He voices Russia in the anime and drama CD adaptations of Axis Powers Hetalia.
