Hiroki Takahashi (高橋 広樹 ,Takahashi Hiroki, born September 7, 1974 in Tokyo) is a seiyū affiliated with Big Shot/Interchannel. He voices Japan in the anime and drama CD adaptations of Axis Powers Hetalia.

Initially in the drama CDs, he voiced Japan with a more soft-spoken, younger voice. However in the later CDs and the anime, Japan has a deeper, more mature-sounding voice.
