The Story about the Early Days of China and Japan (ちっちゃい中国と日本の話, Chitchai Chūgoku to Nihon no hanashi^?): Posted on July 23, 2006 - [Read at Kitayume (JPN) | Hetarchive (ENG)]; China encounters a young Japan and raises him. Japan eventually turns on China and attacks him with a katana. In the present day, a depressed China reflects on how his younger brother has changed. This comic was later adapted into Episode 16 of the anime series.

Italy Practice Comic Bonus (おまけのイタリアと訓練漫画, Omake no Itaria to kunren manga^?): Posted on August 7, 2006 - [Read at Kitayume (JPN) | Hetarchive (ENG)]; Germany makes observations on Italy's daily habits. This comic was later adapted into Episode 60 of the anime series.

Japan VS Italy (日本君VSイタリア, Nihon-kun VS Itaria^?): Posted on August 18, 2006 - [Read at Kitayume (JPN) | Hetarchive (ENG)]; Italy hugs and kisses Japan, who demands that Italy take responsibility for his actions. This comic was later adapted into Episode 12 of the anime series.

Germany VS Italy (ドイツVSイタリア, Doitsu VS Itaria^?): Posted on August 19, 2006 - [Read at Kitayume (JPN) | Hetarchive (ENG)]; Italy wants Germany to hug him, but Germany is 8cm taller than him. This comic was later adapted into Episode 11 of the anime series.

France VS Italy (フランスVSイタリア, Furansu VS Itaria^?): Posted on August 21, 2006 - [Read at Kitayume (JPN) | Hetarchive (ENG)]; Italy asks France for his paintings back and France retaliates. In a bonus illustration, Italy is used as a human shield by France and the Holy Roman Empire. This comic was later adapted into Episode 56 of the anime series.
