Wy notes that he area is extremely organized and clean, and character notes under the Hutt chibi says he's more developed than other micronations. The speaking thing came from his speech patterns (etiquette and superiority and all), and from Sealand's comment about how he seemed important. It should probably be rewritten to reflect that more. The postponed decisions/unclear answers come from his delayed decision; Wy says that she knew he would say that. - The first sentence was supposed to say "and he is more developed [...]". Wy notes that he area is extremely organized and clean, and character notes under the Hutt chibi says he's more developed than other micronations. The speaking thing came from his speech patterns (etiquette and superiority and all), and from Sealand's comment about how he seemed important. It should probably be rewritten to reflect that more.
