Skins and Portal
I've added the codes you posted and they seem to be working just fine! Though for some reason the America image won't show up on the portal. The BG doesn't seem to work very will with the Vector skin so I think I'll remove it. I haven't tried it with Monaco. Monobook works perfectly fine.
