Italy's Song to Germany (commonly referred to as Doitsu) is a song that appeared in Episode 03. North Italy wrote the song to Germany while being held captive by him. It is sung by Daisuke Namikawa in the voice of North Italy. The song is also present in the Axis Powers arc of the published manga.
An instrumental version of the song can be heard playing in Episode 38, when Germany reads Italy's letter and when the two form their pact.
