Czech and Slovakia・Part 2 (チェコとスロバキア・後編 Cheko to Surobakia Kōhen) is the fourth episode of Hetalia: World☆Stars, and the one hundred thirty-ninth overall in the anime series Hetalia. It was first broadcast on April 22, 2021. It adapts "Chapter 70", "Chapter 71", "Chapter 72", and "Chapter 73" from Hetalia: World☆Stars Volume 3.

Trivia
- This adaption removes the original ending to "Chapter 70" where Czech and Slovakia angrily assert to Bulgaria that their separation is not "a divorce", as well as his sheepish apology. Instead it segues straight into an adaption of the footnote explanation for their "divorce".
