Hetalia FINAL LIVE ~A World in the Universe~ (ヘタリア FINAL LIVE ～A World in the Universe～)[1], is the fourth stage musical adaption of Hetalia: Axis Powers (though it uses branding from the sixth season of the anime, Hetalia: The World Twinkle). It ran from March 17 - 18, 2018 at the Makuhari Messe Event Hall in Chiba and on March 21, 2018 at Festival Hall in Osaka.[2] The staff from the previous two musicals returned - including director Kōtarō Yoshitani and composer tak. MAMORU once again handled choreography.[2]
At the time of it's release, it was advertised as the final stage musical for the series. However, a new musical, Hetalia ~The world is wonderful~ is slated to debut in 2021.

Cast
For the Makuharu performances, the majority of the main cast returned from the previous musical, with Takeshi James Yamada reprising his role as the Spain from the second musical Hetalia ~The Great World~.[2]

Performances
Tickets cost ¥10900 (Approx. $100 US) each, and were made available early through pia.jp from January 7 - 14, 2018, with two lotteries occurring from January 20 - 28 (for Makuhari performances only) and January 30 - February 4, 2018. General ticket sales will begin on February 11, 2018.[2]
