First strip appearance

I'm sure it isn't "Netherlands and Japan's isolation", I believe it was the cat festival strip but I'm not sure. Anyone has any ideas? Abidos 22:03, 17 January 2012 (EST)

There is a cat festival strip but I don't think it was with that particular strip. There was a sketch that went with "Netherlands and Japan's Isolation" that featured Belgium and Netherlands sitting luxurious chairs in what's believed to be the 19th Century. I don't recall Belgium ever appearing in the cat festival strip though my memory is a bit hazy. I'll see if I can find it. She's not there but there's text at the bottom that talks about her underneath a faceless sketch. No clue who it is but I'll take a wild guess that it's a preliminary design of Belgium.
