Hetalia Archives:Deletion Policy

Policy Alert! This page is an important policy page for Hetalia Archives. All members should read this.

The Hetalia Archives deletion policy describes how pages that don't meet the criteria for the wiki end up deleted. Unlike page blanking which can be done by anyone, only administrators can delete pages; as well undelete them. Pages that are in need of deletion must always have the {{delete}} tag present as well as a stated reason for deletion.

Reasons for Deletion

The following list includes all the reasons that pages or files may be deleted:

• The page is filled with spam or vandalism.
• The page already exists but under a different name.
• The page deals with a topic not covered by Hetalia Archives (See the rule book on what's allowed and what's not allowed to be posted).
• The page contains only copyrighted content and cannot be posted.
• Template is either no longer needed or useless to the wiki.
• Category is not needed or another category already covers its use.
• The file is obsolete, a duplicate or no longer needed.
• The file is copyrighted and breaks the rules of the wiki. This primarily relates to videos, music and fanart. Himaryua's art does not fall under this rule as his work is under fair-use as long as no profits are made.
