Hetalia: World★Stars Character Song & Drama Vol. 1 (ヘタリア World★Stars キャラクターソング＆ドラマ Vol.1 Hetaria Wārudo Stars kyarakutā songu & dorama Vol. 1) is the fourth character CD containing image songs for Italy, Germany, and Japan. The songs are sung by Daisuke Namikawa as Italy, Hiroki Yasumoto as Germany, and Hiroki Takahashi as Japan. The album was released on June 30, 2021.[1][2][3]

Bonus items
A "Luxury edition" of the album was packaged with three can badges featuring each of the characters from the jacket art. In addition, orders of the album through Animate came with an L sized bromide of the jacket illustration, and a version packaged with the second volume will come with an A4 clear file of the jacket illustration.
