Plot Summary
Foreword
Finland recaps his travel with Sweden, after they had escaped Denmark. He then realizes that they've come across a familiar house.
Reunion
Estonia opens the door and is greeted by a tearful Finland. As Estonia wonders what the problem is, he catches a glimpse of Sweden and winds up frightened. Sweden looks on in confusion as the two whisper about how scary he looks.
Estonia then apologizes and introduces himself to Sweden, who introduces himself in turn and then "his wife" Finland. A shocked Finland urges Sweden not to make such a joke, though Sweden looks confused by his reaction. Finland laughs nervously, while Estonia thinks to himself that Finland is starting to worry him.
And Then Came Poland
Finland narrates that as he and Estonia were busy reconnecting, Sweden suggested a ridiculous idea: That Estonia and Latvia join their "house".
The two nervous Baltics wonder if they can even do that, Latvia pointing out that they'd have to ask Poland about it. Finland then notes that the two Baltics seemed to be cowering, and wonders if Sweden had come to their place for this very reason. He then notes that Poland appeared.
Poland refuses to let Sweden take Latvia and Estonia, and continues to insist that he won't hand them over. However, he winds up becoming unsettled by Sweden's face and huddles behind Lithuania. Finland narrates that in the end, they wound up getting partial custody of both Latvia and Estonia.
A man has entered a cafe, but becomes horrified at Sweden's expression. He freaks out more over the "scary" owner, but composes himself and asks for cake off of the menu. As he sits down to eat, Sweden gives him a cup of coffee to go with the cake and explains that it's "on the house".
The man leaves the cafe, deciding that it was actually a nice experience.

Trivia
- The segment in the post-credits teaser was adapted from a page in Hello World! Hello Italy! and was originally slated to be in Episode 33, though it was dropped from the episode due to time constraints. In the manga, it followed the strip with the German cafe.
- After Sweden introduces Finland as "his wife," a panel from the comic that showed him visible hurt by Finland's remarks was omitted from this episode.
