I was reading Birz episode 5 and I noticed that France's messenger who tells him Germany is attacking resembles Picardy. They have similar hairstyles and cheek markings and they both work for France. Also in Birz episode 6 someone resembling Picardy is in the background. His clothes look like Picardy's and he also shares the same features as the guy from episode 5.
