There was a sketch that went with "Netherlands and Japan's Isolation" that featured Belgium and Netherlands sitting luxurious chairs in what's believed to be the 19th Century. I don't recall Belgium ever appearing in the cat festival strip though my memory is a bit hazy. I'll see if I can find it. First strip appearance
