England /Seychelles is a pairing originating from the game Gakuen Hetalia involving the characters of England and Seychelles.

Gakuen Hetalia
When Seychelles enters for her first day at the World Academy, she meets England who clamps a dog collar around her neck as he declares her to be his new colony. He uses her like a servant in the game much to his amusement and her horror but it is slightly hinted that England may have a crush on Seychelles (such as blushing madly when France touches her inappropriately, crying when Seychelles marches away, angry at him and declares war on him with the help of the Axis Powers, Italy, Germany and Japan) and irritated when Seychelles talks in French (he bids her "Goodnight" and she responds with "Oui"). Though some fans think that Seychelles might actually like him back, this relationship still comes out as one-sided. Their relationship in the mainstream universe has not been mentioned, but in one scene of the manga, she seems to be angry at him.
When he's not bossing her around, he's having tea with her and inviting her out to dinner. Before he ruins them by being himself with his tsundere-ness, Seychelles seems to find both of these things sweet and endearing.
