Germany/N. Italy seems to be a pretty gay relationship, and a fan speculation is that they were in love in chibitalia, even Germany thoughts N. Italy is a girl there. N. Italy annoys Germany often with Pastaaaa...!, but they are still good friends. Germany is even ready to save N. Italy when he is in danger.
